As of this date, all enlisted personnel shown on unit Muster Rolls and Report of Changes to Muster Rolls have been added to the appropriate unit. Muster Rolls and Report of Changes are official personnel action reporting documents. The source for these documents is –

Officer’s rosters are not complete because of a different reporting method for them. Some ARGUS units have shown their officers in the Muster Rolls, others have not. There is inconsistency among the units. No policy for reporting officers assigned has been found to date.
